Responsibilities Perform a variety of nail services, including manicures, pedicures, nail enhancements, and nail art. Stay updated on the latest trends in nail care and beauty treatments to provide clients with informed recommendations. Educate clients on proper nail care techniques and products to maintain healthy nails. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Build strong relationships with clients through excellent customer service and personalized care. Assist in retail sales by recommending products that complement services provided. Collaborate with other beauty professionals to create an integrated service experience for clients. Qualifications Valid cosmetology or nail technician license as required by state regulations. Strong knowledge of color theory and its application in nail design. Experience with esthetic laser treatment, hair threading, hair extensions, eyelash extensions, barbering, or retail math is considered a plus. Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated.
