In this vibrant role, you'll deliver exceptional manicure and pedicure services, craft stunning nail designs, and provide personalized consultations to enhance each client's unique style. Your expertise will help clients feel confident and pampered, creating a memorable experience that keeps them coming back. Duties Perform a variety of nail services including manicures, pedicures, gel nails, acrylics, and nail art with precision and care Provide expert advice on nail health, color choices, and trending styles to meet client preferences Maintain strict sanitation protocols to ensure a safe and hygienic environment for clients and staff Engage with clients through excellent customer service, upselling additional treatments such as eyelash extensions or body waxing when appropriate Stay current with industry trends in nail care, color theory, and beauty techniques to offer innovative services Collaborate with team members to uphold salon standards in cleanliness, organization, and overall client experience Requirements Valid cosmetology or manicurist license with certification in nail technology or related fields Proven experience in nail care services including manicures, pedicures, gel applications, acrylics, and nail art Knowledge of sanitation procedures to ensure compliance with health regulations Strong communication skills to effectively connect with clients and understand their beauty goals Familiarity with color theory for customized nail design options Excellent retail math skills for upselling products confidently while prioritizing client needs Three years' experience preferred, but willing to train the right candidate.
