Our Salon is located in a high traffic, highly visible area surrounded by popular restaraunts, schools, and family centered businesses. Making it a constant hub of activity throughout the day. This location brings in natural walk ins, repeat clients, and strong daily demand giving our nail tech the opportunity to stay booked, build loyal clientele, and grow income faster.

Responsibilities Perform professional nail care services including manicures, pedicures, gel nails, acrylics, and nail art with precision and attention to detail Maintain strict sanitation and sterilization protocols to ensure a safe and hygienic environment for clients and staff Educate clients on nail care, product usage, and aftercare to promote healthy nails and customer satisfaction. Stay current with industry trends such as color theory, nail art techniques, and new product innovations. Assist clients with selecting appropriate services and products based on their individual needs and preferences. Manage appointment schedules efficiently while ensuring timely service delivery. Uphold professional appearance and demeanor at all times. Open to content creating and developing your platform. Skills Extensive knowledge of nail care techniques including gel nails, acrylics, and nail art design. Strong understanding of sanitation practices to ensure client safety and hygiene standards are met. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with clients. Ability to upsell products confidently while maintaining a genuine interest in client needs. Effective communication skills for clear consultation and team collaboration. Experience in sales within the beauty industry is advantageous. Ability to stay updated on current trends in beauty treatments and techniques.
