Duties Perform professional manicures, gel nails, acrylics, and nail enhancements with precision and artistry Provide expert advice on nail care routines, and trending styles to enhance client satisfaction Maintain strict sanitation standards by sterilizing tools and workstations to ensure client safety Offer additional beauty services such as body waxing, eyelash extensions, hair styling, or hair extensions when qualified Upsell retail products related to nail care, skincare, and beauty treatments to boost sales and client engagement Educate clients on proper nail maintenance and recommend suitable treatments or upgrades based on individual needs Skills Excellent customer service skills to build rapport and ensure a positive experience for every client Proficiency in sanitation practices aligned with health regulations to maintain a safe environment Basic understanding of cosmetology principles Experience with nail care techniques such as gel application, acrylics, and nail extensions Ability to communicate clearly with clients about service options and aftercare instructions Retail sales skills combined with upselling abilities to promote products confidently Familiarity with hair styling, hair threading, barbering or other beauty services is a plus but not required Join us in delivering top-tier nail artistry while fostering a vibrant atmosphere where creativity meets exceptional service.
