To be discussed based on experience and skill level Job Description Mindful Women's Spa is growing, and we are looking for a talented Nail Art Technician / Nail Artist with a strong creative eye and the ability to produce beautiful, detailed, high-quality nail work. Professional experience is helpful, but artistic ability matters most. We are looking for someone who has real talent, steady hands, strong attention to detail, and the drive to keep improving. The right person is creative, coachable, reliable, and serious about their craft. You should love nail art, understand current nail trends, and take pride in work that clients are excited to show off. Responsibilities Provide professional nail services within your scope of practice Create detailed nail art and custom nail designs Consult with clients on nail goals, design ideas, color options, and maintenance Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work area Follow all spa, sanitation, safety, and licensing standards Stay current on nail trends, techniques, products, and styles Build strong client relationships that support rebooking and retention Work well with the spa team and contribute to a positive client experience Continue developing skills through training, practice, and feedback Qualifications Current Utah Nail Technician license or cosmetology license required Professional nail experience preferred, but not required for the right artistic candidate Strong artistic ability required Confidence with nail art, design work, and detail-oriented services Experience with gel polish, structured gel, dip, nail extensions, or other current techniques is a plus Reliable, professional, and client-focused Positive attitude and willingness to learn Strong attention to detail Portfolio or photos of nail work strongly encouraged Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate is highly artistic, motivated, and excited to grow inside a professional spa environment. You do not need to have years of experience to be considered, but you do need to have talent, professionalism, and the desire to keep getting better. We are looking for someone who can help bring creative, trend-forward nail services to Mindful while maintaining the high-quality client experience our spa is known for.
