The Licensed Instructor should be knowledgeable with strong teaching abilities, leadership skills, and equip the future beauty professionals with the necessary skills in accordance with the Department of Professional and Occupational Regulation (DPOR) to aid in becoming successful in the beauty industry. Responsibilities Deliver engaging classroom instruction in nail technology and care. Instruct students on anatomy and trigger point therapy as it relates to nail health. Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to enhance learning. Facilitate hands-on practice sessions in various nail services, including but not limited to manicures, pedicure, sanitation, and nail art. Evaluate student performance and provide ongoing coaching and support. Maintain a safe and organized classroom environment while adhering to industry standards. Stay updated on the latest beauty industry trends and techniques in nail care. Qualifications Proven teaching experience, preferably in adult education settings Strong knowledge of anatomy and trigger point therapy Classroom experience with effective lesson planning and student engagement strategies Relevant certifications as a licensed nail insructor
