Responsibilities Perform professional nail care services including manicures, pedicures, gel nails, acrylics, Builder Gel, Gel X and nail art with precision and attention to detail Apply color theory principles to create appealing nail designs that match client preferences and current trends Ensure all tools and workstations meet strict sanitation standards to maintain a safe and hygienic environment Provide personalized customer service by understanding client needs and recommending suitable treatments or products Upsell retail products such as nail polishes, skincare items, or related beauty accessories to enhance client satisfaction and sales Assist with additional beauty services like eyelash extensions, body waxing, or skin treatments when qualified Maintain accurate appointment schedules and record client preferences for repeat visits Qualifications Valid cosmetology license with certification in nail technology or related field Proven experience in nail care techniques including gel application, acrylics, and intricate nail art Strong knowledge of color theory and current nail trends to inspire creative designs Excellent communication skills to engage clients effectively and build lasting relationships Knowledge of sanitation protocols and safety standards for hygiene compliance Familiarity with retail sales techniques and upselling strategies to boost product sales Additional skills such as hair extensions, hair styling, dermabrasion, esthetic laser treatments, hair threading, or barbering are a plus but not required Embark on a rewarding journey where your artistic flair elevates clients' confidence while you grow your expertise in a lively team environment.
