The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in nail care and beauty services, providing exceptional customer experiences while ensuring the highest standards of hygiene and safety. As a Nail Technician, you will be responsible for delivering a variety of nail services, including manicures, pedicures, and nail enhancements, while also engaging in retail sales to promote products that enhance our clients' beauty routines. Duties/Responsibilities Perform a range of nail services including manicures, pedicures, gel extensions, gel nails, nail art , and other services specific to our service menu. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations and tools in accordance with health regulations. Ongoing commitment to skill enhancements, professional development/growth and excellence in guest care. Use online digital platforms to highlight your work to attract and inspire clients. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and preferences. Upsell retail products related to nail care and beauty to enhance customer satisfaction. Provide excellent customer service to ensure repeat business and client loyalty. Skills Proficiency in nail care techniques and knowledge of various products used in the industry. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients. Familiarity with retail sales practices, including upselling techniques. Ability to work well in a team environment while maintaining individual responsibilities. Attention to detail and a passion for enhancing clients' beauty experiences. Qualifications State of Wisconsin Manicuring license Demonstrates flexibility while efficiently managing time and priorities in fast-paced settings.
