Volunteer Services is currently seeking adult and student volunteers. We currently have 3 categories of volunteers High School, at least 16 years old and a Sophomore, College and Adults, adults, primarily not in school. When applying, please indicate which category you are. , Do you have a passion for sewing, knitting, crocheting, or embroidery? If you do, then this match might be for you! We are looking for experienced individuals who would like to volunteer their time to making crafts such as pillows, blankets, and more for our beloved patients. Depending on the project at hand, the sewing group member or home sewer may do all of the following tasks or focus on a specific aspect of an overall project. Area of focus may include tracing, embroidering, cutting and matching fabrics, stuffing, pinning, pressing, and sewing. Your contribution makes a difference!
