WHAT WE NEED

Wolf & Shepherd is seeking a Men's Footwear Fit Tester (US Men's Size 9) to support ongoing footwear development and fit consistency across seasonal product lines. This individual will partner closely with our Product Creation team during fit sessions and occasional wear testing, providing detailed feedback on fit, comfort, movement, and overall wear experience.

JOB TYPE

This is a Contract position. Candidate must be local and available to commute to our El Segundo, CA headquarters on a regular basis.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Participate in seasonal/ad-hoc footwear fit testing sessions onsite at Wolf & Shepherd HQ Try on and evaluate development samples across multiple footwear categories Provide clear and consistent feedback regarding: fit and sizing comfort overall fit and wear experience Participate in occasional independent multi-day wear testing (~3-5 days) as needed Maintain consistent sock type and fit conditions during testing sessions Be available on relatively short notice for scheduled fit sessions

SIZE & MEASUREMENT REQUIREMENTS

Candidate should align closely with the following measurements: Men's US Size 9

Foot Length:

10.4"-10.5" (26.2-26.7 cm)

Foot Width:

3.9"-4.1" (9.9-10.4 cm)

Instep Circumference:

9.5"-10.0" (24-25.5 cm) Standard/medium foot proportions Consistent sizing between left and right foot Ability to comfortably walk and stand during extended fit sessions

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Prior fit modeling, footwear testing, or product wear-testing experience is a plus Strong communication skills and ability to articulate detailed fit feedback Reliable, responsive, and detail-oriented Local to the El Segundo area with flexible availability

POSITION DETAILS

Independent Contractor (1099)

Hourly Rate:

$35-$45/hour DOE Onsite in El Segundo, CA As-needed basis aligned to seasonal development calendars Typical scheduling notice: 36-48 hours in advance

Pay:
