Job Summary We are seeking a passionate and experienced Sound Bath & Meditation Facilitator to lead restorative wellness experiences within our maternal wellness community. This role is ideal for facilitators experienced in sound healing, guided meditation, breathwork, nervous system regulation, or mindfulness-based wellness practices who are passionate about supporting women through pregnancy, postpartum, and motherhood. Facilitators may lead experiences such as sound baths, guided relaxation sessions, meditation circles, grounding workshops, breathwork experiences, or other calming wellness offerings designed to help mothers rest, reconnect, and regulate in a supportive community environment. This is a part-time, 1099 contractor role with flexible scheduling based on workshop offerings, events, and community programming. Responsibilities Plan and facilitate sound bath and meditation experiences aligned with maternal wellness and relaxation Create safe, calming, and inclusive group environments for mothers and families Lead sessions using instruments such as crystal singing bowls, chimes, tuning forks, drums, or other sound healing tools (as applicable) Incorporate mindfulness, grounding, breathwork, or guided relaxation techniques into sessions when appropriate Collaborate with Mom Haven Hub on wellness programming, themed events, and workshop concepts Maintain a professional, welcoming, and supportive atmosphere during all experiences Arrive prepared with necessary instruments/materials for each session Contribute to a positive and aligned experience reflective of the Mom Haven Hub brand and community values Experience Prior experience facilitating sound baths, meditation classes, or holistic wellness sessions preferred Experience working with women, mothers, prenatal/postpartum populations, or wellness communities strongly preferred Experience leading small to medium-sized groups in wellness, studio, retreat, or community settings Experience creating your own wellness offerings or workshop concepts is highly valued Qualifications/Certifications and Trainings Passion for maternal wellness, holistic healing, and community-centered care Strong facilitation and communication skills Ability to create calming, supportive, and emotionally safe group environments Ability to work independently as a contractor Sound Healing Certification or Meditation Facilitator Training preferred Breathwork, mindfulness, yoga nidra, Reiki, or related holistic wellness training is a plus Comfortable facilitating both in-person and virtual sessions when needed
