Save More Marketplace is seeking an Online Shopper to join our team and help deliver a seamless online shopping experience to our customers. In this role, you will be responsible for fulfilling online grocery orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring that each customer receives high-quality products with care. You will pick items from the store shelves, verify product quality, and prepare orders for delivery or pickup. If you have a keen eye for detail, enjoy working independently, and are passionate about providing excellent service, this position is for you! Responsibilities Accurately select and pick grocery items based on online orders. Verify product quality and freshness, substituting items when necessary according to company guidelines. Package orders carefully to prevent damage during delivery or pickup. Maintain a clean and organized work area in the store while picking orders. Communicate effectively with team members and customers regarding order status and substitutions. Adhere to health and safety regulations, including proper food handling procedures. Requirements Previous retail or grocery shopping experience is a plus but not required. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently. Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused attitude. Comfortable standing and walking for extended periods. Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
