You'll start by training at one of our established locations, learning operations, sales, and leadership directly from experienced Spa Directors. Once ready, you'll transition into leading a spa of your own. Job Requirements:

A strong sales mentality A commitment to excellence At least five years experience managing large teams A passion for people and sales High level of enthusiasm to motivate and coach Strong organizational/planning and computer skills Some Retail or sales experience with "membership based" sales model is a huge plus Handle administrative tasks including but not limited to payroll, scheduling, inventory, and reporting Ability to work flexible schedule including days/evenings/weekends/holidays Relevant and successful experience in a hospitality, spa, retail, or fitness setting while holding a position of responsibility Backgrounds that work well. Here is a list of positions that typically transition well to this opportunity: Store Manager, Retail Management, Hotel Manager, Front Desk Manager, Managing Director, Resort Manager, Restaurant Manager, Bar Manager.
