Guest Care Team Lead •

Spa Director Primary Objective:

This position is responsible for Guest and Service Provider support and bridging guest experience with service provider experience. • Support 100% Guest Satisfaction Check in/out, payments, book appointments, rebook guests Retail Sales Inventory Aveda Promotions May perform other tasks as required or assigned

Assistant Director Minimum Requirements Previous leadership experience preferred Experience in hospitality, spa, salon, resort, wellness, or luxury service environments strongly preferred Demonstrated integrity, reliability, initiative, and accountability Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills Self motivated, strong organizational and problem-solving abilities Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment Professional, positive, and service-oriented

Job Types:

Full-time, Part-time Pay:

$19.00 - $21.00 per hour
