Salon Coordinator - Divine Hair Design At Divine Hair Design , we're a successful, family-owned salon dedicated to helping our clients "Bring out the Best" in themselves. We're looking for a friendly, organized, and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Salon Coordinator —the heart of our business and the first impression our clients receive. If you love creating welcoming experiences and keeping things running smoothly, we'd love to meet you! Key Responsibilities Greet clients warmly and ensure they feel comfortable from arrival to departure Book and confirm appointments via phone and email Manage stylist schedules and ensure the salon floor runs efficiently Process payments (cash and credit) and issue receipts Maintain accurate client records (contact info, billing, services) Offer beverages and engage with clients in the waiting area Welcome walk-ins and assist with service inquiries and scheduling Troubleshoot minor issues and support daily operations Restock and maintain retail shelves Skills & Qualifications Previous experience as a Salon Receptionist, Front Desk Representative, or similar role Familiarity with office equipment and POS systems Strong communication skills (verbal, phone, and email) Excellent organizational and record-keeping abilities Calm and professional demeanor under pressure A warm, approachable personality with a passion for customer service MUST be able to work Sundays and evenings Why Join Us?
