We pride ourselves on exceptional service, a positive team culture, and a commitment to providing the best experience for both our guests and staff. We're seeking a driven and organized Salon Manager to oversee our Tempe location and lead our team to continued success.
Position Overview:
The Salon Manager will oversee the daily operations and administration of our Tempe location, ensuring smooth business operations, outstanding customer experiences, and consistent adherence to company standards. This position requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and support daily operations
  • Manage all administrative tasks, including payroll, scheduling, and staff performance tracking
  • Handle inventory management and ordering of supplies to maintain efficient operations
  • Develop and execute social media and marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and boost sales
  • Hire, train, and mentor managers and staff to ensure consistent performance and service quality
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement
  • Resolve customer issues or escalations promptly and professionally
  • Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and state regulations
  • Foster a positive, team-oriented culture and uphold high standards of professionalism and service
  • Conduct regular meetings with staff to maintain operational consistency and team support
  • Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years of management experience, preferably in the beauty, salon, spa, or retail industry
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and multitasking skills
  • Proficient in administrative software, POS systems, and social media management tools
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to travel regularly between Tempe, Scottsdale, and Gilbert locations
  • Open availability, including weekends and holidays as needed
  • Must have a
