What You'll Do:

Provide exceptional hair services while managing daily salon operations Lead, inspire, and mentor a team of talented stylists Maintain a fun, professional, and positive salon environment Support and develop new stylists to help them succeed Help manage salon performance, ensuring we continue to deliver top-tier service

Who You Are:

Licensed Arizona Cosmetologist (this is a working stylist + manager role) Desire to grow your leadership, coaching, and mentoring skills A team player who wants to motivate and inspire others Cool, calm, and collected under pressure (emotional intelligence is a must!)
