Canyon Ranch Tucson is seeking a dynamic Spa Operations Manager to lead the daily operations of our world‑class spa. What You'll Do As the Spa Operations Manager, you'll oversee the full spectrum of Spa Operations- including the Spa Desk, guest Locker Rooms, Pool Areas, and Metaphysical Department. You'll lead and develop a diverse team, ensure flawless guest service, and maintain the highest standards of facility excellence. Your leadership will directly influence the guest experience and the success of the Spa. Key Responsibilities Lead and develop teams across Spa Desk, Locker Rooms, Pools, and Metaphysical services Ensure consistent, exceptional guest service that exceeds expectations Maintain a strong presence on the floor to support staff and guests Manage scheduling, staffing, performance reviews, and colleague development Oversee budgets, financial performance, and inventory Partner with Facilities to maintain pristine, safe, and fully operational environments Support new service development through ROI analysis and operational insight Participate in the MOD program and collaborate with peer leaders We offer comprehensive Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance plans; a total of 25 paid days off per year; free health club membership with access to 60 fitness classes, a variety of lectures and workshops, and 55% off services. Minimum of an Asoociate degree or two-year equivalent specialized training or experience required. You are required to have an active CPR/AED/First Aid certification or acquire it within 90 days of employment.
