Who You Are Naturally positive, energetic, and motivating Highly organized and able to juggle multiple priorities Emotionally intelligent and approachable Comfortable having both encouraging and difficult conversations Passionate about developing people and helping them reach their goals Results-driven while maintaining a fun, supportive culture A strong communicator who creates clarity and accountability A leader who leads by example, not by title What You'll DoTeam Leadership & Development Coach and mentor salon and boutique team members Conduct regular one-on-one meetings focused on growth and performance Help team members set, track, and achieve personal and professional goals Celebrate wins while addressing challenges with empathy and accountability Foster a positive, collaborative, and high-performing culture Business Performance Monitor and improve key salon metrics including: Revenue Retail sales Pre-booking Client retention Productivity Create action plans to help the team achieve business goals Hold team members accountable to performance expectations while providing support and coaching Operations & Organization Ensure daily operations run smoothly and efficiently Support scheduling, inventory, and retail merchandising Maintain systems and processes that keep the business organized Identify opportunities to improve guest experience and profitability Culture & Guest Experience Create an environment that is fun, welcoming, and inspiring Lead with kindness, integrity, and professionalism Help build a workplace where team members feel valued, heard, and empowered Ensure every guest receives an exceptional experience The Ideal Candidate You love people just as much as you love performance.
