Join a growing luxury resort spa team located within a prestigious AAA Four Diamond Resort and a member of Preferred Hotels & Resorts. We are seeking a professional, friendly, and guest-focused Spa Desk Receptionist to provide exceptional service and create a welcoming, relaxing experience for every guest. Responsibilities include greeting guests, scheduling appointments, checking guests in and out, processing payments, assisting with spa retail, maintaining clean and organized spa facilities, and supporting overall spa operations. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, personable, and thrives in a fast-paced hospitality environment while maintaining a calm and professional presence. Candidates should possess strong communication and customer service skills, attention to detail, computer proficiency, and the ability to multitask effectively. Hospitality, spa, or resort experience is preferred. Flexibility with scheduling, including weekends and holidays, is required.
