SPA SALES MANAGER - TOP MARKET PAY + BONUS

Hand and Stone Massage and Facial Spa of Pleasanton is looking to hire an experienced full-time sales manager to help oversee day to day operations and ensure the spa is operating as smoothly and professionally as it can at all times. We have a highly trained and easy going staff who love what they do, and love where they work, and owners who truly care about their employees. Please note that first and foremost, this is a SALES position, and we are seeking an experienced sales professional that can train and motivate staff to perform, and demand that each team member give their best effort at all times. The position includes very competitive hourly pay + sales commissions, with quarterly and year end BONUSES. When you combine the base pay, commissions and bonus money, you should earn well over $75,000 per year . We are a membership based spa, similar to many franchises in the area, seeking a manager who enjoys working with a diverse and lively group of people, can multi-task on a daily basis, and make thoughtful and confident sales pitches to clients, both over the phone and in person. Responsibilities:

• Manage all components of the business and work with ownership
• Train staff on how to improve sales numbers and client interaction techniques
• Ensure massage therapists and estheticians follow service and employee protocols
• Keep track of supplies and necessary retail and backbar purchases
• Train new staff on Zenoti point of sale system, sales techniques and leading by example
• Drafting and compiling all necessary employee, customer and business paperwork
• Creating and revising employee schedules
• Selling memberships, gift cards, spa packages/upgrades and skin care products
• Developing marketing opportunities with local businesses
• Taking phone calls and booking appointments
• Maintaining a clean and organized spa environment
• Meeting/exceeding sales and revenue goals
• Developing new sales strategies with general manager and owner
• Opening and closing the location on your own Paid training will be provided.
