Base Pay:

$70,304.00

Bonus Potential:

Up to $18,000 annually in monthly performance bonuses Earn $500, $1,000, or $1,500 per month depending on results

Total Annual Compensation:

$76,000$82,000 annually for candidates with 13 years of management experience $80,000$88,000 annually for experienced leaders (35+ years) who consistently hit performance goals We set realistic, attainable goals that our team members hit consistently.
