Company Description Style Lounge is a luxury hair extension and color salon located in the heart of Gaslamp. Known for our elevated guest experience and attention to detail, we pride ourselves on providing a welcoming and professional environment for both clients and team members. Our Salon Coordinators play a key role in setting the tone for the day: greeting guests, managing the flow of appointments, and supporting a seamless experience from check-in to checkout. If you thrive in a stylish, fast-paced setting and love being the go-to person on a team, we'd love to meet you. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site position for a Salon Coordinator in Downtown San Diego. You'll be the face and flow of the front desk: managing the schedule, answering calls, welcoming clients, and keeping everything flowing smoothly. It's a mix of organization, communication, and great energy. We're looking for someone who's confident handling a busy front desk, loves delivering next-level service, and knows how to keep things running like clockwork. Qualifications Proficiency in Phone Etiquette and Appointment Scheduling Experience in performing Receptionist Duties Strong Communication and Customer Service skills Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities Professional demeanor and appearance Capability to work in a fast-paced environment Previous experience in a salon or spa setting is a plus High school diploma or equivalent required
