Job Description

Overview At Luminance Regenerative Beauty & Wellness, we bring luxurious and results-driven aesthetic treatments to our patients through a personalized, regenerative, and wellness-focused approach. We are committed to delivering exceptional patient experiences while helping clients look and feel their best. We are seeking an experienced, hands-on Medical Spa Office Manager to lead the team, support providers, drive revenue growth, and ensure operational excellence. Responsibilities Oversee daily office operations, scheduling, and workflow management. Manage inventory, supplies, and vendor relationships. Maintain patient records, consent forms are completed and updated in EMR system. Ensure the facility remains clean, organized, and professional at all times. Ensure every patient receives exceptional service from initial inquiry through follow-up care. Resolve patient concerns promptly and professionally. Drive monthly revenue goals through effective leadership and performance management. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), including: revenue sales, memberships and retail sales. Coach staff on consultation conversion, patient education, and treatment plan recommendations. Lead, coach, and develop front desk staff, patient coordinators, estheticians, and clinical support team members. Work closely with providers, nurses, and the Medical Director to ensure smooth daily operations. Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews, and training sessions. Foster a positive, high-performance culture focused on patient care and accountability.
Pay:
$25.00 - $30.00 per hour
