The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for providing exceptional customer service. As the Spa Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring a high standard of service delivery, managing staff, and driving sales to achieve business goals. Your ability to communicate effectively and maintain an organized environment will be key to your success in this role. Responsibilities Lead and manage the spa team, including recruiting, training, and developing staff members. Oversee daily operations, ensuring that all services are delivered to the highest standards. Implement effective sales management strategies to drive revenue growth and enhance customer satisfaction. Manage payroll processes and cash handling procedures to ensure accuracy and compliance. Maintain inventory levels by monitoring market trends and making informed purchasing decisions. Develop promotional strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones. Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and professional development. Communicate regularly with staff to ensure alignment on goals, expectations, and performance metrics. Experience Proven experience in a managerial role within a spa or similar retail environment is preferred. Strong background in sales management with a track record of achieving targets. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced setting. Experience in payroll management and cash handling is essential. Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage clients and staff alike. A background in recruiting and team development is highly desirable.
