Job Description
Origins Salon is seeking a part-time Manager to lead our Castle Pines location. Looking for strong attributes with professionalism, structure, and a strong service mindset. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on organization, team leadership, clear expectations, and driving results through consistent systems. A dependable leader who enjoys motivating a team, keeping operations running smoothly, and supporting both the guest experience and revenue growth. Lead and support the salon team with clarity, consistency, and accountability Oversee daily operations and ensure excellent customer service Manage staff scheduling and help maintain strong coverage Coordinate front-end and back-end systems to keep the salon running efficiently Track goals, support revenue growth, and help drive performance Use technology tools for scheduling, communication, reporting, and salon operations Partner with ownership to improve systems, service, and business results Part-time hours with room to grow must be available to work 2 saturdays a month (9am-4pm)Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; some college education preferred
- Minimum of 2 years related experience in customer service, sales, marketing, or related field
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Basic knowledge of computer technology and software
- Knowledge of salon industry trends and practices preferred
