Salon Manager - Glastonbury, CT Strand Salon | Full-Time | $20-$25/hour Come lead a team of passionate, high-performing artists in a salon that sets the standard.

Our environment is collaborative, energetic, and always evolving. We're looking for a driven, people-first manager who can help us keep raising the bar.
What You'll Do:
As a salon manager, you'll be at the center of everything - culture, operations, and leadership.
You will:
Lead a team of stylists, assistants, and front desk professionals Manage scheduling, inventory, payroll, and salon systems (QuickBooks experience is a plus) Collaborate with the owner on growth strategies, events, and monthly promotions Oversee hiring, onboarding, and training support Communicate with brand reps and manage product orders Keep the salon running smoothly and professionally - even on the busiest
Saturdays What We're Looking For:
2+ years management experience (beauty industry experience required) Strong leadership, time-management, and communication skills Tech-Savvy ( Salon software + QuickBooks knowledge is a bonus) Proactive, hands-on, and solution-oriented Passion for the beauty industry and helping others succeed Perks +
