Assistant Spa Manager Massage Envy Massage Envy Tenleytown is looking for a friendly and dedicated Assistant Spa Manager to join our team. As an integral part of our spa family, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our spa while creating an exceptional experience for our clients. As an Assistant Manager, you will work with the Business Manager to achieve the following: Develop goals and objectives that tend to growth and prosperity Design and implement business plans and strategies to promote the attainment of goals Organize and coordinate operations in ways that ensure maximum productivity Supervise the work of employees and provide feedback and counsel to improve efficiency and effectiveness Assess overall company performance against objectives Represent the company in events, conferences etc. Benefits Competitive hourly pay plus uncapped sales commission Discounted services and 20% retail discount Exciting contests, performance-based incentives, and clear career growth opportunities

Commission Structure:

Monthly commission : 1-4 memberships: $5 per membership 5-11 memberships: $10 per membership 12-19 memberships: $20 per membership 20+ memberships: $30 per membership Additional bi-weekly commission : Sell 5 memberships: $1 raise for hours worked Sell 10 memberships: $2 raise for hours worked
