In this role, you will oversee daily operations, ensure exceptional guest experiences, and manage a dynamic team of therapists and staff. Your leadership will drive the success of our spa services, promote a welcoming environment, and uphold the highest standards of hospitality. This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive individual with a flair for management, customer service, and event coordination to make a positive impact in a vibrant resort setting. Duties Lead and supervise all spa operations, including scheduling, shift management, and staff performance Oversee guest services to ensure a memorable and satisfying experience for every visitor Manage day-to-day administrative tasks such as report writing, cash handling, and inventory control Coordinate special events, promotions, and wellness programs to enhance guest engagement Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards across all spa areas Train and mentor team members to deliver outstanding customer service and professional growth Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly to maintain high satisfaction levels Oversees operations such as beautician services, & wellness services Requirements Proven management experience in hospitality, resort, or spa environments with supervising responsibilities Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a diverse team Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction Experience in event management, shift coordination, and report writing Knowledge of cash handling procedures and financial reporting practices Background in nightclub or restaurant settings is a plus for managing lively environments Previous assistant manager or supervisory experience preferred; familiarity with hospitality industry standards is essential
