If you have experience selling a membership model (spa, fitness, studio, wellness, med spa) and you enjoy leading a team to hit goals, you'll thrive here. Compensation $18
- 22/hour Monthly KPI bonus: $500

What You'll Own Membership Conversion + Sales Coaching Coach daily membership conversion and help the team improve week over week Train objection-handling and closing skills Drive upgrades and retail habits that lift average ticket Fill the Books Execute daily booking activity: calls, texts, follow-ups, reschedules, confirmations Reduce cancellations and improve show rates through consistent follow-up Maximize provider utilization and protect schedule flow Guest Experience + Operations Maintain standards: opening/closing, cleanliness, cash handling, protocols Resolve guest concerns quickly, calmly, and professionally Run quick daily huddles and weekly coaching check-ins Bonus KPIs Membership conversion, appointments booked/utilization, average ticket, guest experience Requirements 2+ years in a membership-based sales environment (spa, fitness, studio, wellness, med spa, etc.) Experience coaching a team to hit sales goals Organized, dependable, and comfortable with KPIs and booking/POS systems Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
