Salon Manager Busy Upscale Nail Salon

Dipp'd Nail Lounge is a busy, upscale, high-demand salon known for precision work, luxury experience, and a loyal, growing client base across South Florida. We are looking for a strong, hands-on Salon Manager who can take ownership of daily operations, lead a team of nail technicians, and help us scale to the next level. This is not a passive role — we need someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, solves problems independently, and holds a high standard for cleanliness, service, and team accountability. What You'll Be Responsible For Overseeing daily salon operations from open to close Managing and supporting a team of nail technicians (scheduling, performance, accountability) Ensuring exceptional client experience at all times Handling walk-ins, scheduling issues, and service recovery Enforcing salon policies (cleanliness, punctuality, professionalism) Monitoring service timing to avoid delays and walkouts Managing front desk operations and ensuring systems (Square, Fresha) are used correctly Maintaining a clean, organized, luxury environment at all times Supporting hiring, onboarding, and training of new team members Driving sales, upsells, and client retention Creating daily content or ensuring content is posted consistently What We're Looking For 2+ years of experience in salon/spa management (high volume preferred) Strong leadership and ability to hold a team accountable Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Comfortable with scheduling systems and POS (Square, Fresha is a plus) Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Professional, polished, and aligned with a luxury brand Bilingual (English/Spanish or Russian) is a plus Compensation & Perks Competitive hourly pay (based on experience) Performance-based bonuses (based on revenue, retention, and operations) Growth opportunity into higher leadership role as the business expands Schedule Full-time (including weekends required) Typical hours: 9 AM - 7 PM How to Apply Send your resume and a brief message about your experience to: DippdLounge@gmail.com
