Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Salon Manager to lead our team and ensure the highest level of service in our salon. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a passion for the beauty industry, and a commitment to providing an exceptional customer experience. As a Salon Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, and driving sales while maintaining a positive and productive work environment. Responsibilities Oversee daily salon operations to ensure efficiency and high-quality service. Manage and mentor salon staff, fostering a collaborative team environment. Implement training programs to enhance team skills in customer service and product knowledge. Maintain inventory levels, order supplies, and manage vendor relationships. Develop and execute marketing strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones. Handle administrative tasks including scheduling, payroll management, and reporting. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the salon. Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly. Requirements Proven experience in retail management or salon management is preferred. Strong leadership abilities with a focus on team management and development. Excellent communication skills; multilingual or bilingual capabilities are a plus. Proficient in administrative tasks with strong organizational skills. Experience in retail sales or wireless sales is advantageous. Ability to build strong relationships with clients and staff alike. A passion for the beauty industry and staying updated on trends.
