We are a luxury, education-driven salon looking for a Guest Experience Expert to join our front-end team. This is not just a front desk role; it is a sales position with growth opportunity. What You'll Do Deliver an elevated guest experience (in person + on the phone) Book, confirm, and manage appointments Recommend retail products, services, and promotions Rebook guests to support retention and results Open/close the salon and manage daily front desk operations Collaborate with stylists to enhance the guest experience Sales Focus Success in this role is driven by: Retail sales Service upgrades Rebooking rates Gift cards + referrals Bonus/commission opportunities available based on performance. What We're Looking For Strong communication and customer service skills Confidence in sales and recommendations Social media proficiency is required (comfortable posting, engaging, and representing the brand online) Organized, reliable, and self-motivated Positive, professional presence Passion for the beauty/salon industry Front desk or sales experience preferred

Position Details Pay:

$15/hour + bonus/commission

Schedule:

3-4 days/week (20-26 hours)

Availability Required:

Mornings, evenings, and

Saturdays Shifts:
