We have a loyal client base, a strong local reputation, and a clear growth strategy. Under new private ownership in 2026, they're looking to build the team to maintain the excellent quality and brand, while focusing on growth. The Manager will run daily operations, launch our membership program, and own the client experience end-to-end. The key to success here is focusing on the client experience and the numbers. The owner is engaged and accessible but remote; you will have full operational authority within agreed targets. No franchise. No corporate layer. No approval chain. If you want to run a business and be compensated for what you build, this is worth a conversation. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Spa Manager role in the Winter Park, FL area. The Spa Manager will oversee daily operations, ensure an exceptional customer experience, manage staff, and support overall business goals.
Responsibilities include:
Daily operations — scheduling, team management, client experience, vendor relationships Membership program — launch, sell, and grow it from the ground up Revenue targets — you own the number and manage around hitting targets Client retention — rebooking culture, follow-up system, reactivation campaigns Google reputation — 4.9 stars is a business asset, protect and grow it Weekly reporting — seven KPIs to the owner every Monday, 30-minute call Whom We're Looking For You have management experience in a spa, wellness center, or membership-based service environment. You know how to build a team, hold performance accountable, and turn a client's first visit into a long-term relationship. We're specifically looking for someone who: Has launched or grown a membership program. You know the pitch, the process, and the retention mechanics. Manages by numbers. You are business-focused. You track what matters and act on what the data tells you. You know how to build systems. Processes that run correctly whether you're in the building or not Wants ownership of outcomes. The upside in this role is tied to what you build. Qualifications Proven expertise in Spa Management and leading a team in a spa or wellness environment Demonstrated experience owning or materially impacting revenue (not just supporting operations) Strong hospitality mindset- The client experience is the secret sauce Track record of growing a business unit, location, or client portfolio Comfortable being accountable to weekly revenue targets and KPIs Experience selling services, memberships, or recurring revenue products Ability to train others on: Rebooking, Upselling, Membership conversion. Comfortable personally selling to clients daily Experience managing scheduling, capacity, or utilization-driven businesses Ability to analyze data and translate into action (e.g., filling dead time slots) Experience maintaining high customer satisfaction or review ratings Ability to resolve client issues quickly and professionally Comfortable tracking and managing KPIs weekly: Revenue, Utilization, Retention, Conversion Built or scaled recurring revenue programs Experience converting one-time customers into repeat clients Experience in high-utilization service businesses like: Spa, salon, fitness, wellness, med spa, or similar
