Salon Manager (2+ YEAR EXP REQUIRED)

Job Overview:

We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Salon Manager to join our team. The Salon Manager will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations at the front desk while also assisting with various salon management tasks. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and interpersonal skills, along with a passion for the beauty industry and providing exceptional customer service in a high pace enviroment.

Duties:

Oversee the daily operations of the salon, including managing appointments, greeting clients, and handling inquiries both in person and over the phone. Schedule salon appointments and manage the salon's booking system. Coordinate with salon staff to ensure that appointments are properly scheduled and that clients receive prompt and efficient service. Manage salon inventory, including retail products and supplies, and place orders as needed. Train and supervise front desk staff, providing guidance and support as needed. Handle client inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and timely manner. Ensure that the front desk area is clean, organized, and welcoming at all times. Assist with salon marketing and promotional efforts, including social media management and coordinating special events. Collaborate with salon management to develop and implement strategies for improving customer satisfaction and increasing revenue.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in a salon management role. Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Proficiency in salon software and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities. Knowledge of salon products, services, and trends (preferred but not required). Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
