KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Assist in the overall management and supervision of salon operations. Provide guidance, support and development to hair stylists and coordinators. Ensure exceptional customer service and client satisfaction. Assist in recruiting, training, and onboarding new team members. Collaborate with the Salon Manager to achieve revenue and sales goals. Stay updated on industry trends and share knowledge with the team.

JOB REQUIREMENTS A

valid GA cosmetology or barber license Ability to work a flexible schedule Exceptional customer service and interpersonal communication skills Industry passion. Multiple locations throughout the Atlanta Metro including: Brookhaven, Covington, Dacula, Lawrenceville, Marietta, Monroe, and Suwanee.
