- Luxury Med Spa & Beauty Studio (Kakaʻako, Honolulu) EN Signature Brows & Beauty Studio is seeking an experienced, polished, and highly motivated Spa Manager to lead daily operations at one of Honolulu's award-winning beauty destinations.
Position Details:
Starting compensation: $30+ per hour (based on experience) Minimum availability: 20+ hours per week Growth and bonus opportunities availableResponsibilities:
Oversee daily spa operations and front desk coordination Manage staff schedules, team accountability, and workflow efficiency Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve client concerns professionally Train and supervise front desk staff and service providers Monitor inventory, retail sales performance, and product knowledge Ensure cleanliness, professionalism, and luxury presentation standards are consistently maintained Assist with marketing initiatives, promotions, and client retention strategies Maintain smooth communication between management, staff, and clients Handle opening/closing procedures and operational oversightQualifications:
Minimum 5+ years of management experience in a spa, salon, med spa, luxury retail, hospitality, or customer service environment Strong leadership and team management skills Exceptional communication and organizational abilities Professional appearance and positive attitude Reliable, detail-oriented, and solution-focused Experience with retail sales and client relationship management Ability to multitask and remain composed in a fast-paced environment Experience with Vagaro or similar booking systems preferred Must be dependable, proactive, and trustworthyWhat We're Looking For:
