Position Overview:

Our Front Desk Coordinators play an essential role in shaping the guest experience at Allyu Spa. This position offers the opportunity to become part of a thoughtful, supportive team environment while learning and growing within the spa industry and beyond. Wednesday:

9:00am-5:00pm.

Thursday:

1:00pm-8:30pm.

Saturday:

12:00pm-8:30pm. Compensation begins at $18/hour, in addition to service and retail spa credit and the benefits listed below.

Job Responsibilities:

Properly open and close the spa according to standard operating procedures. Accurately book, modify, and cancel appointments. Welcome guests and help guide them through their experience with us. Maintain and support the spa retail boutique. Develop the ability to work confidently and independently when needed. Qualifications:

A genuine enjoyment of caring for people and creating positive experiences. A warm, polished, and trustworthy presence. The ability to work cooperatively within a team-centered environment.
