This is a client-facing role in a fast-paced wellness environment focused on elevated service, organization, and seamless guest experience.
Responsibilities:
Greet and check in clients in a friendly and professional manner Manage appointment bookings and scheduling Answer phone calls, emails, and client inquiries Process payments and memberships Support daily spa operations and therapist schedules Maintain a clean and welcoming front desk environment Recommend services and retail products when appropriate Assist with resolving client concerns when they arise
Requirements:
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a spa or wellness environment required Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy setting Professional demeanor and attention to detail Comfortable using booking and scheduling systems Availability for evenings and weekends preferred
Compensation & Benefits:
Pay:
