Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Spa Front Desk Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a passion for providing exceptional service to our guests.
  • Responsibilities:
  • Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
  • Check guests in and out efficiently
  • Making and receiving calls from clients
  • Educate guests on products and services
  • Process payments and maintain accurate records
  • Placing orders, entering items in spa software, and putting away orders as they arrive
  • Conducting inventory checks to order new supplies and equipment
  • Assist guests with requests and provide information about the spa's amenities
  • Handle guest complaints and ensure resolution in a timely manner
  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
  • Keep other employees informed of customers' needs
  • Handle groups planning spa outings
  • Help manage spa supplies inventory and place orders when needed
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and data entry
  • Follow spa protocols and maintain confidentiality of client information
  • Experience with deescalating and problem solving
  • Managing of staff schedule
Qualifications:
  • Previous experience at Day/Med Spa or Salon preferred
  • Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks effectively
  • Exceptional customer service abilities to ensure guest satisfaction
  • Experience in retail sales is a plus
  • Proficiency in operating a cash register and handling cash transactions
  • Basic math skills for calculating charges, discounts, and change accurately
  • Pay dependent on experience
