About the Role As a Spa Assistant Manager, you play a crucial role in ensuring that every client has an outstanding spa experience. We provide all the training you need—just bring your enthusiasm and people skills. We are looking for someone who has experience in customer service and sales Responsibilities Meet membership sales goals (training provided) Learn and understand our menu of services Provide exceptional customer service, building lasting client relationships Clearly communicate sales, promotions, and service options to clients Maintain spa cleanliness standards Bring a positive and energetic attitude to work every day Answer phones, schedule appointments, and manage client records Assist Spa Manager with building the Sales Associate team, set up monthly goals Train new Sales Associates What's in It for You?
