Responsibilities Daily:
Track performance metrics, payroll, and daily revenue reports Manage all aspects of daily salon operations, including opening/closing procedures Assist any suite lessees as needed with building related questions/concern Manage wellness booths & corresponding POS system - MindBody ' Red Light Therapy, Salt Therapy, PEMF, and Sauna including check-in, instructions, re-staging, and booking Uphold the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and safety in compliance with state regulations Deliver outstanding customer service, resolve complaints, and build long-term client loyalty. Keep beverage bar and lounge tidy Create and post regular social media content according to our brand guidelines Help create and execute beauty & wellness events 4-6 times a year Create and execute marketing campaigns and promotions as needed to drive memberships and usage of wellness suitesAs Needed:
- Support Believe Studio and Spa's suite professionals by greeting clients and problem solving
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as need Requirements 5 + years of proven experience as a Salon Manager (or Assistant Manager in a busy salon)
- Passion for beauty trends, retail sales, and exceptional client experiences
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- Experience with Instagram and other Social Media marketing platforms
- Familiarity with salon management software (e.
