Salon Manager (up to $5,000 Signing Bonus!)

This position offers a starting salary of $50,000 , plus up to $4,000 in annual performance bonuses! The Salon Manager is responsible for daily operations and for fostering a culture of excellence that aligns with Design 1's values and standards of exceptional service . You'll guide and inspire a talented team of commission-based stylists and spa professionals to deliver the best client experience in the industry.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Team Leadership & Coaching

• Motivate, mentor, and support commission-based stylists and service providers to meet individual and team performance goals. Performance Management
• Set clear sales and service targets; monitor progress; provide feedback and performance reviews to drive results. Sales & Revenue Growth
• Track key metrics (service revenue, retail sales, rebooking rates, etc.) and implement strategies to boost profitability. Client Experience Oversight
• Ensure every guest receives a consistent, high-quality experience that aligns with Design 1 standards. Conflict Resolution
• Address and resolve team or client concerns promptly and professionally to maintain a positive salon culture. Compliance & Policies
• Uphold salon policies and safety standards for all team members. Inventory & Operations Management
• Oversee product ordering, inventory control, and salon upkeep to support smooth daily operations.
