What You'll Lead As Salon Manager, you are the operational and cultural heartbeat of the salon.
You will:
Drive daily operations with precision and excellence Recruit, hire, onboard, and develop top-tier beauty professionals Coach and mentor team members to hit service and retail goals Build strategic schedules that maximize productivity and profitability Oversee inventory management and retail performance Maintain high standards of sanitation, sustainability, and guest experience Track KPIs (retention, pre-booking, retail %, productivity) Ensure equipment maintenance and operational efficiency Protect, build, and elevate the Head Case brand in the community through outreach and participation, host and attend local events, and buidling business relationships. This is a leadership role — not a desk job.

Leadership capability matters most.
