Salon Coordinator / Receptionist

Salon Coordinator Shear Excellence - Charlotte, NC Full-Time | Fridays & Saturdays Required Shear Excellence is growing, and we're looking for a Salon Coordinator who brings energy, organization, and outstanding people skills to our front desk. Key Responsibilities Create a welcoming first impression by greeting all clients warmly and ensuring every guest has an exceptional experience. Manage and coordinate appointments both in-person and over the phone (bring that "smile through the phone" energy!). Accurately process transactions and oversee front desk operations. Support the team by keeping salon operations running smoothly. Handle guest needs with professionalism, positivity, and care. Maintain an organized, clean, and brand-aligned salon environment. Stay flexible and proactive in shifting between tasks as the day unfolds. What We're Looking For Strong multitasking and time-management skills in a busy environment. Excellent communication and customer service skills, including phone and email etiquette. Organized, punctual, self-motivated, and positive. Comfortable engaging with a variety of personalities. Previous salon or spa experience is a plus (but not required). Must be available Fridays, Saturdays, and evenings. Must be flexible to work at our Dilworth and SouthPark locations (additional flexibility is a plus!).
