Leadership Full Job Description Qualifications:
Excellent communication skills Leadership skills Strong organizational skills Strategic thinker Reliable, professional, courteous and patient Fast learner Ability to multi-task Detail oriented Works well in a busy, changing environment Exceptional guest service Experience in salon/beauty environment or retail sales
Essential Functions:
Manage day to day operations of lashtique Greet, welcome and/or check-in guests for appointments Answer phone calls, book appointments and become comfortable using salon booking software Learn salon pricing system & basic salon service information to answer guest questions Manage inventory/order product Administrative projects as needed Other salon tasks as needed Participate in community outreach events
