Oversee daily operations of the spa to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery. Supervise and support spa staff, including technicians, receptionists, and attendants; assist with training, scheduling, and performance management. Ensure all treatments and services meet company standards and guest expectations. Monitor inventory levels for spa supplies and retail products; place orders and manage stock as needed. Handle guest concerns or complaints with professionalism and efficiency, ensuring guest satisfaction. Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming spa environment in compliance with health and safety regulations. Collaborate with management to develop service offerings, promotions, and initiatives to drive revenue. Track performance metrics and assist in preparing reports related to staffing, scheduling, and guest feedback.EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree in hospitality, business, or a related field preferred. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a spa or wellness setting, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or lead role. Relevant certifications in spa or wellness therapies (massage, esthetics, etc.) are a plus.KNO WLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
Strong leadership and team-building skills with the ability to motivate and guide staff. In-depth knowledge of spa treatments, services, and operations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with guests and team members. Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail. Proficiency in using spa booking or POS systems and basic office software. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, service-driven environment. Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
