Our offerings include IV nutrient therapy for illness, wellness, recovery, and beauty, ensuring our clients feel refreshed and recharged. We provide both membership plans for those seeking consistent wellness routines and accommodate walk-ins for immediate needs. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Spa Coordinator role based in Wayne, NJ. The Spa Coordinator will manage day-to-day operations, including appointment scheduling, answering client inquiries, and maintaining the welcoming atmosphere of the spa. Responsibilities include providing top-tier customer service, managing the reception area, and ensuring clients have a positive experience throughout their visit. The Spa Coordinator will also handle administrative duties to support the smooth operation of the spa working closely with GM and Lead Nurse and PT Nurse. Qualifications Proficiency in Appointment Scheduling and Receptionist Duties Sales experience preffered Excellent Phone Etiquette and Communication skills Strong abilities in providing exceptional Customer Service Well-organized, detail-oriented, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Outgoing and friendly personality with a professional attitude Prior experience in a spa, wellness, or healthcare industry is a plus High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certifications or training in customer relations are a bonus
