Assistant Retreat Director Massage Heights | South Pointe Plaza Our brand purpose is to Elevate the Lives of the People We Touch. At Massage Heights, we inspire, educate, and promote a balanced lifestyle for every Member and guest who walks through our doors. Massage Heights is seeking an Assistant Retreat Director. This role supports daily retreat operations, front desk leadership, and achievement of monthly performance goals in a membership-based environment. What You'll Do Support daily retreat operations and act as Manager on Duty when scheduled Coach front desk staff on performance standards Support scheduling, coverage, and guest experience standards Ensure policies, procedures, and brand standards are followed Qualifications Proven experience in assistant management roles within spa, retail, or hospitality environments with supervising responsibilities Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team effectively Excellent communication skills Knowledge of POS systems and retail math for accurate pricing and sales management Ability to work varied shifts including weekends Experience with employee orientation, training & development programs, and team management strategies Organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced setting Familiarity with marketing techniques and promotional planning within a retail or service environment Ability to handle customer inquiries professionally via phone etiquette and in person Previous assistant manager or supervisory experience in a retail or service setting is highly desirable Join us as an Assistant Spa Manager to lead with enthusiasm, foster exceptional guest experiences in a thriving wellness environment.
