We deliver an editorial, wellness-driven experience to a clientele that treats self-care as a discipline. The Role This is a front desk-first position for a licensed cosmetologist who thrives in a hospitality-driven environment.

Your primary role is reception:

greeting clients, running the desk, managing a high volume of incoming calls, and being the face of

from the moment guests walk in. As a secondary responsibility, you'll step in to take walk-ins and cover appointments when stylists call out, so your license stays active and useful on the floor. This is not a fit for recent cosmetology school graduates.

What You'll Do Primary:

Reception

• Greet clients and set the tone for a luxury spa experience
• Confidently and consistently handle a high volume of incoming phone calls throughout the day
• Manage the booking system and handle client inquiries with professionalism
• Run the POS system, process payments, and handle cash accurately
• Oversee the flow of the front of house throughout the day
• Maintain a clean, polished, on-brand environment

Secondary:

Stylist Support

• Take walk-in clients when the floor needs coverage
• Cover booked appointments when stylists call out
• Assist providers with shampoo, treatment prep, and turnover between clients
• Restock retail, treatment rooms, and back-bar supplies What You Bring
• Must be 21 or older
• Active Nevada cosmetology license (required)
• Proven salon, spa, or luxury hospitality experience. Recent graduates will not be considered
• Extremely comfortable on the phone. This role requires confident, polished, high-volume call handling every shift, and is not a fit for anyone who avoids phone work
• Confident performing scalp treatments, blowouts, and shampoo services when needed
• Comfortable on your feet for full shifts
• Able to lift heavy objects (retail shipments, supply deliveries, equipment)
• Polished personal presentation. No face piercings. Face tattoos are not permitted
• Strong communication and a warm, professional presence
